FAQs

How long does the carpet take to dry after steam cleaning?

In normal weather conditions your carpet will feel dry within 2-6 hours depending on the type of carpet and level of soiling.

Do you move furniture?

As a one person operation, I will move and replace any furniture I can. Furniture that is too heavy will be cleaned around the best I can. You can assist by moving any small items such as pot plants, chairs or small furniture items.

Do you remove stains?

Spot and stain removal is part of the cleaning service. Some stains may be difficult to completely get rid of but I have safe non toxic chemicals that can tackle nearly all stains.

How often should carpet be cleaned?

We recommend a deep steam clean once a year and a general interim clean in between as required.

Do I need to vacuum before hand?

There is no need to vacuum beforehand as I pre-vacuum with a professional quality vacuum cleaner as part of the service.
